W. Anderson Geater
Chief Financial Officer

W. Anderson Geater, Jr. joined our predecessor in April 2000 and currently serves as our Chief Financial Officer. His responsibilities include financial management, banking relations, accounting, financial reporting and regulatory reporting. Mr. Geater serves on various executive management committees.

Mr. Geater has more than 25 years of banking and financial services experience including capital market transactions encompassing both debt and equity.

Prior to joining Origen and its predecessors, Mr. Geater was Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for UFS Holdings, LLC.

Ronald Klein
Chief Executive Officer

Ronald A. Klein has served as a director and the Chief Executive Officer since August 2003. He is a member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Klein joined Origen Financial L.L.C.'s predecessor in February 1999 and currently serves as Origen Financial L.L.C.'s sole manager and its Chief Executive Officer.

From 1999 until Origen's formation, Mr. Klein served as a director and as Chief Executive Officer and President of Bingham Financial Services Corporation, a predecessor of Origen. In addition, he has served as the Managing Director of Equity Growth L.L.C., a private real estate investment company since 1994. From 1990 to 1994, Mr. Klein served as Executive Vice President of Alaron Inc., an international distributor of consumer electronics. Prior to joining Alaron Inc., Mr. Klein was a member of the Chicago Board Options Exchange since 1985. Mr. Klein has also served as the Managing Director of a financial derivatives trading firm and, before 1985, he was in the private practice of law.

Mark Landschulz Portfolio Management
Mark Landschulz joined our predecessor in February 2000 and is responsible for Portfolio Management. He focuses on capital market execution and portfolio analytics. He brings a breadth of experience to the organization as he has spent the last 15 years in a number of leadership roles in the housing finance sector, most notably with GE Capital.

Prior to this position, Mr. Landschulz served as Chief Financial Officer for our predecessor.

Paul Galaspie
Information Technology

Paul Galaspie joined our predecessor in March 1994 and peforms oversight of our Information Technology. Mr. Galaspie is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of loan origination, servicing and management support systems.

Mr. Galaspie has more than 15 years of experience in information systems. Prior to joining Origen and its predecessors, Mr. Galaspie held a senior IT position with Saxon Mortgage Funding Corporation.
